August 10, 2011 – HOA Meeting @ Denny’s on Highway 40
In attendance were Elaine Trettel, VP, Gerard Gaufillet, President, Dan Murtz, resident, Ed Steir, Maintenance, and Terry Boring, Treasurer.
Gerard Gaufillet brought the meeting in order @ 6:45 p.m.
New Business:
Irrigation issues: Gerard discussed irrigation problems that he and Ed found. They installed new lines, trimmed trees/shrubs, and cleaned up around sprinklers heads. Some more work in the North end needs to be done. New bushes have been put in. The front looks great.
Mowing: 13 lots have been cut. We will wait about 2 weeks before we mow again. Just trying to keep the subdivision looking neat for future home sales.
Discussion was brought up again about residents still continuing to speed. It would be nice to have a speed humps put in at all stops signs throughout the 3 subdivisions.
Account Receivables: Deliquent List – Joe DaCosta and Gerard will visit Greg Flannigan (Attorney) to proceed with foreclosure/lien work, etc. on those properties.
Covenant Enforcement: We will be sending a few letters to residents not in accordance with the codes.
Gerard/HOA Board would like to send John Seeber a letter as well as post on the website for being a great neighbor and helping another neighbor in need when an incident happened to their home.
Elaine Trettel will talk to the Cowart’s about the Treasure position approaching us for the next term.
Dan Murtz offered his help to clean-up the sign at the gate. Dan also offered his help to clean the grates throughout the subdivision and spray round-up along the curbs, etc.
Elaine Trettel will be placing an informative sheet in each resident’s mailbox reminding them to be courteous of dead trees, limbs, etc. during the hurricane season. Please clean up!
The meeting was brought to close @ 7:35 p.m. by Gerard.
